01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrownLine Express Inc. ("CrownLine," "we," "us," or "our") website at crownlineexpressinc.com (the "Site"), our transportation and logistics services, and the CrownLine Shop. By accessing the Site, submitting a quote request, engaging CrownLine for transportation services, or purchasing merchandise through the CrownLine Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

02Description of Services

CrownLine is a Transportation & Logistics Solutions Corporation providing services including Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), Freight Management, Air & Ocean Freight, Warehousing & Distribution, Supply Chain Solutions, and related customized transportation programs (collectively, the "Transportation Services"). CrownLine also operates the CrownLine Shop, offering branded apparel and drinkware (the "Merchandise").

Transportation Services are provided on a business-to-business basis and are subject to a separate service agreement, bill of lading, rate confirmation, or carrier agreement executed between CrownLine and the customer for each shipment.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site, request a quote, or purchase Merchandise. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and, where acting on behalf of a business, that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

04Quote Requests & Service Agreements

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a binding contract for transportation services. Quotes provided by CrownLine are estimates based on the information submitted and are subject to confirmation, availability, accessorial charges, and a signed rate confirmation or service agreement prior to shipment. Final pricing and terms for any transportation service will be set forth in that separate agreement, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

05Shop Purchases, Pricing & Payment

The CrownLine Shop is currently in production and not yet available for purchase. Once live, the following terms will apply to Merchandise orders:

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

CrownLine does not store or have direct access to your full payment card information. All payment card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and handled under Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant systems. Stripe's terms are available at stripe.com/legal/consumer.

CrownLine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized or illegal activity, and will issue a refund via Stripe for any order that is canceled after payment.

06Shipping & Delivery

Once the CrownLine Shop is live, Merchandise orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for Merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. This section applies only to Merchandise orders and does not apply to freight moved under a Transportation Services agreement, which is governed by the applicable bill of lading and carrier terms.

07Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Merchandise Returns

Unused Merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, processed through Stripe. Custom or embroidered items may be excluded from returns unless defective. To initiate a return, contact us using the details below.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Transportation Service Cancellations

Cancellation terms, deadlines, and any applicable cancellation fees for booked Transportation Services will be set out in the applicable rate confirmation or service agreement for that shipment.

08Intellectual Property

The CrownLine name, crown crest logo, and all related trademarks, graphics, and content on the Site are the property of CrownLine Express Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

09Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in a quote request or order;
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; or
Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Site without our consent.

10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Merchandise are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. CrownLine does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrownLine and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, Merchandise, or Transportation Services. Liability arising from Transportation Services is governed separately by the applicable bill of lading, carrier agreement, and federal/state transportation regulations, which control over this section in the event of any conflict.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrownLine Express Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site, or placing an order, after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
